General Description of Solution

The central control type of emergency illumination and evacuation indicating system is a range of high-specification, addressable emergency lights and emergency mark lights, cable and back up batteries developed to meet the requirements of complicated system. Once any of the lights fail, the control panel shall send a audible / visible signal to inform the fault.

According to fire zones and fire fighting access status at site, we set and control fire zones , evacuation route, evacuation plan, system specification, and lights status ( including turn on/off, timing switch, direction, sound, and flash constantly). When there is a fire, the control system will turn all the fire emergency indicators into emergency status upon the information received, power by EPS, evacuation indicator direct the nearest exit always, turn on all the fire emergency lights in the building quickly, to promise visible escape route continuously, and lead people to escape out of the dangerous area.

Technical overview

The company adopt intelligent evacuation system with central control and integrated power supply.

1. Power Supply
Powered by EPS, independent distribution device supply DC24V to fire emergency lights, lights without storage battery, EPS last time could meet the requirement of GB17945-2010 Standard.

2. Communication
Four wires RS485 bus non polarity system fulfill communication by connecting lights freely.

3. Lights control
Fire emergency lights are all addressable, they implement orders independently and feedback information to control panel. Built-in CPU shall control arrow direction switching, flashing, turning off, and monitor the operating or fault lights in real time.

4. Loading capability
The system could be networking gradable, interconnect with maximum 16 sets of control panels. A set of control panel connect several fire emergency power supplies, one set of power supply distribution device could support several branches, one branch connect several fire emergency lights, one set of control panel supports 4032 points.
